IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that as from 1st July 2010 we no longer issue gift certificates for the Estuary Tour, The Dumbarton Castle Ride or the Erskine Bridge ride. This is due to the increasing problem with certificate holders leaving it until the last minute to book their rides, or as has often happened, allowing them to run out of date yet still demanding that we honour the certificate. In mid season we are often booked a full month in advance for some rides and simply cannot provide them at very short notice. In order to avoid such disappointment we have withdrawn gift certificates
All vouchers already issued will be honoured but please note that a reasonable amount of notice must be given to us and a selection of dates that you wish to do use the vouchers
Virgin Experience/Acorne Sports Vouchers
Please note that we must be in receipt of your voucher before the day of the activity, this is an arrangement with Virgin Experience/Acorne Sports as we had some problems with people booking their experience and not turning up
Non Seaforce Gift Vouchers
If you have a voucher issued by someone other than Seaforce and we have a working arrangement to accept these vouchers, please not that the same terms and conditions apply as for Seaforce vouchers other than the valid from and to time may vary.
